Records Fall: 5K Training
My latest performance test has put me up to running a 5K.
I typically favor intensity over distance, so I'd test myself over 1 mile running as fast as I can; however I'd like to add some more focus to endurance.
Running a 25:18 is by no means world-record shattering but it certainly feels like a good start.
In the wind-down to the end of 2015, I expect 2016 will be a great year for boosting my endurance and full of grueling challenges and I simply can't wait.
